Size, delivery times, returns, washing and payment: the nine questions we get most, with the numbers that actually apply.
Which size should I take?
Measure your underbust in centimetres and read it off the size chart: 68–72 cm is a 34, 78–82 cm a 38. When in doubt take the larger band, a tight band presses on the ducts.
Will my size still change while nursing?
The cup will, by up to two sizes in the first weeks. The band barely moves. That is why almost all our models are cut on the band and give in the cup.
How long does delivery take?
6–11 working days, measured rather than estimated. The tracking number arrives by email as soon as the parcel leaves the warehouse.
What does shipping cost?
Nothing, to every country we serve, with no minimum order. The price on the product page is the final price, VAT included.
Can I send it back?
Yes, 14 days, no reason needed. Return postage is yours; we refund within 14 days of hearing from you.
How do I wash it?
At 40 degrees on a delicate cycle, ideally in a mesh bag, without fabric softener. Not in the tumble dryer: the elastic fibres in the band do not take the heat. Dry in the air, out of direct sun.
Are all colours and sizes available?
The product page shows only colours we have a real photograph of, and for each colour only the sizes actually in stock. What you can select, we can ship.
Can I order more than one?
Yes, up to 20 per line, in any mix of colours and sizes. It all goes in one order and one parcel.
How can I pay?
Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Amazon Pay and other local methods depending on the country. Payment runs through Stripe; we never see your card details. All prices are in euro: a card in another currency, including a UK card in pounds, is converted by your own bank at its rate.
