Shipping and delivery times
Shipping is free, to every country we serve, with no minimum order. The measured delivery time is 6–11 working days from the order.
Where the goods come from
We work without an intermediate warehouse: each piece goes straight from production to your address. That is why delivery takes longer than a warehouse down the road, and it is also why the price looks the way it does.
What you pay
The price on the product page is the final price: VAT and shipping are included. Nothing further is asked for on delivery.
Tracking
The tracking number arrives by email as soon as the parcel leaves the warehouse. If nothing has arrived after the upper end of the window, write to us: we refund or resend.
